Terms of Reference
The terms of reference of the Telecommunications Numbering Advisory Committee are as follows -
- To advise OFTA on the development, implementation and administration of Hong Kong's telecommunications numbering plan and issues related to it.
- To advise OFTA on the allocation of numbers in a fair and equitable manner to telecommunications operators and users in Hong Kong.
