Terms of Reference

The terms of reference of the Telecommunications Users & Consumers Advisory Committee are as follows -

1. To advise OFTA on the development, provision and maintenance of telecommunication services from the consumer and user perspective to ensure that a high quality of service is provided at reasonable prices and that a choice of a wide range of services and operators is available.
2. To advise OFTA on the education of, and dissemination of information to, consumers and users of telecommunication services so that maximum benefits can be derived.
