After the full liberalisation of the local fixed market in January 2003, there is no longer any limitation on the number of licences issued to fixed network operators. The full list of network operators that have been licensed to provide local fixed services can be searched at http://app1.ofta.gov.hk/apps/telecom_lic/content/lic_search.asp.

You may approach the fixed network operators direct for details about their network coverage and service offerings, and choose the one which best suits your needs.
