Billing Problems

OFTA has already implemented the Billing and Metering Integrity Scheme (BMIS) starting from the year 2003 to ensure metering and billing accuracy for public telecommunications services provided by operators including mobile service operators ( Please click here for more information PDF format - best viewed with the latest version of Acrobat reader ).

Starting from August 2006, the test results of the billing and metering systems as well as the compliance status under the Scheme of participating operators are published on a half-yearly basis.

On the other hand, OFTA does not arbitrate contractual matters. You should approach your service operator for assistance for billing problems.
