The mobile service market is fully liberalised and extremely competitive. Fees and charges of mobile phone service operators are not subject to OFTA's approval and are determined by market forces. Nevertheless, operators should clearly provide all relevant details for consumers to make an informed choice. For any tariff revision, it is recommended that a prior notice of not less than 30 working days be given.
