If registration of your fixed line, mobile or personal number to the Do-not-call Registers cannot be done via the registration hotline 1835 000   (e.g. fixed line number that does not support tone dialling, mobile number that cannot show correct outgoing CLI, etc), you can use this "Application Form for Registration onto the Do-not-call Registers" to register up to 5 numbers.

Please fill in and sign the application form, and return it together with a copy of the telephone bill(s) issued within 6 months or other documentary proof issued by the relevant telecommunication service operator(s) to OFTA in one of the following ways:

Please note that number(s) not supported by documentary proof will not be registered.
